Struktur allein verändert nichts, Haltung allein auch nicht: Neue Abläufe scheitern an alten Gewohnheiten, neue Einsicht verpufft, wenn die Struktur die alte bleibt.
Ich schaue auf das Ganze: auf die Rollen, Entscheidungswege und Abläufe genauso wie auf die Menschen, die sie tragen. Erst dieser Blick zeigt, woran es hakt und wo etwas gebraucht wird.
